Our sourcing service includes:
A consultation to discuss how the buying process works
Reporting of viable examples
Auction sheet translation and vehicle condition assessment
Underbody and wheel scans (if available)
In-person vehicle inspection and photos
Bid execution and payment remittance
Foreign delivery coordination from the auction house/purchase source
Secure indoor storage (if needed)
Ocean freight booking (containerized or RORO)
Container vanning (if required)
Export/Import coordination
U.S. CBP customs clearance under our bond
California ARB emissions compliance coordination (only for compliant vehicles)
California DMV registration (only for compliant vehicles)

Sourcing service fee:
Tier 1: Cars priced < $150,000: $2,500
Tier 2: Cars priced $150,001-$300,000: $5,000
Tier 3: Cars priced > $300,000: 1.8% of the purchase price
Cars requiring CARB emissions conformance certification*: +$1,500
A refundable 2.5% deposit of the total vehicle budget is required to initiate any bid(s) or purchase(s) on the client's behalf. The deposit will be applied toward the final invoiced amount.
*Registering an imported vehicle in California requires ARB emissions compliance certification. Certain conditions must be met regarding the originality of the vehicle's emissions system for it to qualify for emissions conformance certification. Additional costs and time are required to register an imported vehicle in California. The “Cars requiring CARB emissions conformance certification” fee covers assistance with the registration process, but does not guarantee or imply successful registration.
